We are looking for technical production staff

For a long-term planned deployment in an industrial plant in Grafschaft-Gelsdorf, we are looking for several production employees (m/w/d) / machine operators (m/w/d) .

They work on machines and plants, provide materials for ongoing production and control the rubber materials produced. The products are later used for coating technical rolls.

The location is particularly suitable for applicants who have already worked in production, machine operation, assembly, industry or a technically embossed storage area.

Your merit: basic wages and supplements

You will receive a basic contractual wage of:

16.08 € gross per hour per day service

In the case of working hours actually performed and payable, the following is calculated:

• 20.10 € per hour with 25% night supplement
• 24.12 € per hour with 50% Sunday supplement
• 32.16 € per hour with 100% holiday supplement

The increased amounts shall be paid for working hours where the respective conditions are met. Whether working on Sundays or holidays depends on the company's production planning.

Your tasks in production

As a production employee (m/w/d) you support the production of special rubber materials. After a thorough instruction, you take over a specified work area.

Your duties include:

• Supply of raw materials and consumables
• Equipment and equipment
• operation of the systems after the initiation
• Monitor the ongoing manufacturing process
• Control of material supply and machine displays
• Removal of processed materials
• Conducting simple visual and quality controls
• detection of impurities, damages or material deviations
• Documenting production quantities and process data
• Use simple measuring means after appropriate instruction
• Support for material changes and new production orders
• Cleaning of containers, working surfaces and plant areas
• Compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements

If a machine runs unusually or a material is not properly processed, inform the responsible layer line. You only carry out technical interventions if they belong to your assigned task area.

You should bring

A technical or craftsmanship is advantageous, but no compelling requirement.

Applicants with practical experience from industrial production, machine operation, assembly, plastic processing, rubber processing or a comparable commercial area are also suitable.

Cross-incomeers can be taken into account if they have already worked in a technical, craft or physically shaped work environment.

Working time and approach

Regular working hours are 40 hours a week. They work alternately in early, late and night shifts. A permanent restriction to a particular layer is not possible at this point.

The workplace must be reliably accessible at all shift times. Since public transport is not available throughout, you need your own car or other permanently secured approach.

An occasional driving opportunity is not sufficient if individual layers cannot be reliably achieved.
