Then get yourself in: Designs instead of administration: You take responsibility for building and optimizing our ITSM processes (ITIL/COBIT). You always have a look at the efficiency, quality and the special compliance requirements of an insurance company. You develop our ITSM platforms: You ensure that the processes not only exist, but are optimally mapped and lived in the platforms (Matrix42 and Jira). You bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and technical implementation. As a governance & audit expert, you advise our IT management on issues of IT governance and coordinate internal and external audits. Findings from audits can be seen as a chance and consistently drive their implementation. You enable colleagues to use IT processes safely and effectively in practical training and workshops. Your expertise is in the field of IT service management: You define and optimize interfaces between different IT processes and departments and ensure their seamless integration. Using KPIs you measure the success and manage proactive optimization potentials.

Education: You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in IT service management.

Experience: You are certified ITIL experts and are preferably safe in frameworks such as COBIT or SAFe. You understand that these standards are pragmatically adapted to the needs of insurance. Ideally, you have already worked in the regulated environment (banks/insurances) and have knowledge of current standards such as DORA. You know how processes are “audit-proof” without losing agility. In addition, you have first experience in organizing and conducting trainings and workshops on IT processes and IT tools.

Knowledge: You master the process modeling (e.g. BPMN) and bring deep experience in the configuration and control of ITSM platforms (ideally Matrix42 and Jira). Their knowledge of German lies on at least C1 level in word and writing.

Personality: You are characterized by an analytical and conceptual way of thinking and enrich our team with your solution-oriented and binding way. As a sovereign team player, you work highly structured and keep the technical clarity and overview in complex audit situations.
