(Junior) Product Manager Process Automation & AI C24 Bank (m/f/d)

You continuously develop our digital customer processes and tools (e.g. CRM systems, chatbot, back office solutions) with a focus on automation, usability and efficiency You identify potentials for the use of AI in our processes and develop innovative use cases together with the specialist areas You automate manual processes and create end-to-end workflows that relieve our teams and improve customer experience You accompany the implementation of new features and products, from the requirement definition to the coordination with IT and stakeholders to the Go-live You analyze relevant data, guide concrete action recommendations and track performance through dashboards and reports You actively participate in the development and prioritization of the team roadmap and work closely with IT, customer service and compliance

You have a successfully completed university degree, ideally with an IT or technical focus (e.g. business informatics, computer science) You are interested in AI, automation and new technologies, first touch points with LLMs, chatbots or workflow automation are a plus You work analytical and structured, tackle challenges in a solution-oriented manner and resolutely implement tasks You bring a strong hands-on mentality and have fun with agile teamwork as well as with various disciplines You have knowledge of German in word and writing and can also communicate very well in English
