Business studies related to health care (health management, health care and similar studies) Pragmatic personality with safe occurrence and pre-experience in the hospital know-how in project management and in the analysis and change of processes Team player with social competence holistic, initiatives as well as goal- and outcome-oriented thinking and action Knowledge of processes in the hospital and the legal framework (KHEntG, SGB V, etc.) Basic medical knowledge desirable
