REQUIREMENTS

• Implementation of welding work in the E- and WIG welding process on pipelines, components and constructions according to Technical specifications
• selection of suitable welding methods and determination and Checking the required welding parameters under Considering material, material thickness and application area
• preparation of workpieces and welded joints and professional implementation of welding work after technical Drawings, welding instructions and specifications
• Execution of stitching, welding and finishing work Compliance with applicable quality requirements
• Visual inspection and evaluation of welded connections with regard to dimensional accuracy, weld quality and technical Type
• Detection and elimination of welding errors and execution necessary rework to ensure the required Quality standards
• documentation of welding work carried out and production and maintenance of the required test and production documents according to the operational requirements
• Secure handling of welding equipment, tools and resources and their proper care and maintenance

PROFIL

• Ideally completed vocational training, for example as Projektingenieur (m/w/d), Metallbauer (m/w/d) , Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), piping manufacturer (m/w/d) or comparable metalworking qualification
• as an alternative to several years of proven professional experience WIG welding and processing of metallic materials
