Total responsibility for the AI program in the SLK Clinical Network including planning, control and strategic development of the AI initiatives Priority and support of AI projects as well as control of external project partners and service providers Identification and evaluation of innovative AI applications in the clinical and administrative environment Accompanying the integration of new AI solutions into existing IT systems in cooperation with the IT department Support for technological and organisational issues in the context of AI applications Ensuring regulatory requirements in the areas of data protection, IT security and compliance and risk assessment of AI applications in clinical operation Close cooperation with management, departments, IT and other relevant stakeholders Preparation and moderation of bodies, workshops and decision-making processes Planning and monitoring of change processes related to the introduction of AI solutions Promotion of AI competencies and digital understanding within the clinic network Identification and application of funding programmes as well as budget planning and economic considerations for the AI portfolio

Completed studies in the field (medical) informatics, business informatics, artificial intelligence, data science or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in the environment of AI, IT or transformation projects, ideally in healthcare Experience in managing complex projects and interdisciplinary cooperation Knowledge of current AI technologies and their applications, ideally in the clinical and administrative environment Understanding IT Infrastructures Knowledge of regulatory requirements, in particular in the areas of data protection, IT security and compliance Embossed communication and moderation capabilities Own-sponsored and structured working together with a strong strategic understanding Experience in change management and accompanying transformation processes
