For our location in Seligenstadt we are looking for you as Payroll Specialist (w/m/d) - HR Services DACH. You take a leading role in personnel accounting and time management projects and accelerate the sound decision-making in terms of standardization and harmonisation of processes.

Last but not least, you are helping our operational and functional managers across Europe to advance our mission for a uniform HR service and provide our HR customers with better service. By using tools for continuous improvement, your agile working and your Payroll expertise, you help us improve our service quality, compliance and customer satisfaction.

Your IMPACT: You work with our HR Services and internal mobility team on various HR topics and bring your knowledge into exciting Payroll projects (e.g. Predictive Analytics in Payroll). You are responsible for the correct initiation of wage and salary billing, social security and SAP workflow, in cooperation with external payroll providers and the HR Services team for the DACH region. You are responsible for optimizing and redesigning our wage processes and policies that are important for achieving a customer-oriented personnel organization. Last but not least, with your know-how about processes, technologies and systems, you can improve employee satisfaction with our HR services.

Your profile: You have first experience in payroll or payroll accounting and ideally draw your attention through experience with time management systems. You have experience in personal administration and work with SAP is one of your daily tasks. Due to your knowledge of German tax and social security law as well as the right to work, tariff and business constitution, you are a competent person for our employees.
