For our location in Seligenstadt we are looking for you as Payroll Specialist (w/m/d) - HR Services DACH. You take a leading role in personnel accounting and time management projects and accelerate the sound decision-making in terms of standardization and harmonisation of processes.

Your IMPACT: You work with our HR Services and internal mobility team on various HR topics and bring your knowledge into exciting Payroll projects (e.g. Predictive Analytics in Payroll). You are responsible for the correct initiation of wage and salary billing, social security and SAP workflow, in cooperation with external payroll providers and the HR Services team for the DACH region. You are responsible for optimizing and redesigning our wage processes and policies that are important for achieving a customer-oriented personnel organization.
