In this key role, you take the overall responsibility for Accounting & Treasury and actively shape the financial strategy of a listed company. As a savings-ring partner of the CFO, you are a strong team, driving digitization and process optimization and using your expertise in IFRS, HGB and capital market requirements to ensure sustainable business success. You take on the overall technical and disciplinary responsibility for Accounting & Treasury You are principally responsible for the entire financial-closing processes and reporting to the Santander Group, which include, inter alia, the consolidated financial statements according to IFRS for the entire Allane Group and the local individual financial statements of the subsidiaries You shape the future of the financial sector through digitalization, automation and the introduction of new ERP and continuous improvisation projects You are a CFO and Executive Board strategic Sparring partner on all issues related to accounting, financing and liquidity You build robust reporting and forecasting structures and optimize the fast-close process for maximum efficiency

You bring multi-annual management experience in the corporate accounting system of a listed company – ideally in the areas of leasing, financial services or mobility You have deep technical knowledge in IFRS, HGB and capital market-relevant reporting obligations that give you security in complex financial issues You have well-founded experience in working with auditors, supervisory authorities, banks and capital market players and are confident in a regulated environment You convince with strong leadership skills, change management skills and the ability to develop and motivate powerful teams You combine analytical and strategic strength with an entrepreneurial, hands-on mentality to master challenges proactively
