These are your tasks:

Implementation of control and inspection tours in the object (after checklists) Visual and functional controls on lighting, ventilation, heating, doors and gates Exchange and refill of consumables (e.g. illuminants, filters, batteries) Ventilation and cleaning of other accessible building components Reporting of disturbances and documentation of activities Support in the preparation of facilities for specialist companies
