For the location at Regensburg - Passau we are currently looking for a team leader HR Manager (m/w/d). In this function, guide and strengthen the existing team. They take over a diverse range of tasks with all HR topics from A to Z.

Heading and continuous development of the HR team Designing strategic topics as well as trusting Sparring partners for the factory management Contact person for all executives and comprehensive support of employees Operational management of all administrative personnel matters Promoting the positive working environment and an appreciation of corporate culture

Completed training or studies with a focus on business management, human resource management or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in personnel work, ideally in senior function Knowledge of labour, wage and social security law Safe and sovereign appearance and empathy and reliability Embossed leadership qualities and communication strength
