Organisation, management and control of stocks. Implementation of purchases and receipts. Ensuring cleanliness, order and hygiene in the kitchen. Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen appliances and technical aids.

Successfully completed training as a chef (m/w/d) or comparable qualification. Ideally, first professional experience in communal meals, gastronomy or canteen. Self-employed, structured and responsible work. Team spirit, reliability and joy in dealing with people. High quality awareness and strong service orientation. Knowledge of the applicable hygiene and food regulations, in particular the Food Hygiene Regulation (LMHV), the Infection Protection Act and the relevant hygiene and safety standards.
