As a Junior Retail Manager:in you will be an important interface between our brand partners and the Outletcity Metzingen - first terminated for 2 years Your own responsibility is a defined brand portfolio and is in regular exchange with our Store Managers:inside and internal departments You analyse relevant retail key figures, prepare business meetings and actively participate in the development of performance improvement measures With regular Store Visits, you identify optimization potentials and continuously support your brand partners in the further development of assortments, sales-promoting measures and processes and structures In your function, you will also accompany the integration of new brand partners at the site, including the successful implementation of store openings With your enthusiasm for brands, fashion and retail, you’ll explore trends and consistently contribute to improving the economic development of our stores and creating an exceptional shopping experience at the highest level that enthuses our customers:

You have a degree in Business Administration / BWL, Commercial Management, Retail Management or a comparable commercial training Ideally, you could already gain first professional experience in retail, preferably in the fashion, premium, lifestyle or outlet segment Communication strength, a sovereign appearance and joy in cooperation with different brand partners are among your greatest strengths Your self-contained, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as your pronounced hand-on mentality is always left In addition, you have very good analytical skills as well as a basic understanding of business KPIs and operational processes in stationary trade to be able to derive concrete measures from key figures When handling MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, you are safe Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
