Your tasks • Takeover of leadership and/or project responsibility in a Go-to-Market area (sales, customer success, ...) • Building structures, processes and metrics that ensure sustainable performance • Promoting a culture of ownership, experimentation and learning (“Test. Fail. Learn.”) • Translation of strategic objectives into concrete, measurable measures • Coaching and development of employees in the AI-based work environment • Sparring with directors and management on topics related to scaling, leadership and people transformation

Your profile • Embossed cognitive and communicative strength, analytical depth and empathy • Detectional Experiences and Successes in Sales, Customer Success, Operations or Other Leading Function • First experience or clear potential for leadership roles – ideally in tech, consulting or scale-up environments • Enthusiasm for technology, AI, data and automation • High self-reflection, decision-making and learning skills • Energy, resilience and the need to actively shape change
