You contribute to the consulting of interfaces to (global) internal corporate communication and support the content planning of communication activities. Planning, controlling and conducting defined work packages or subprojects of internal communication campaigns, strategic projects, events and publications. Creating, quality assurance and publishing content for internal communication channels to increase range and engagement is one of your core tasks (text, image and video). You bring your experience in introducing and developing an intranet and actively shape internal communication platforms. The creation of communication concepts, briefings and guidelines and work aids is part of your task as well as the support of internal events.

The place is limited to 2 years.

Completed studies (bachelor or comparable), preferably in communication, marketing or journalism Professional experience of at least 3 years in the international corporate environment Pronounced quality awareness and expertise for content (text and video) Knowledge of your own discipline and knowledge of adjacent areas Excellent communication skills, also in complex and challenging conversation situations, as well as experience in the moderation of groups Very good knowledge of German and English on C1 level
