Place of work: A fixed-term use of 12-18 months in Ravensburg is provided for the incorporation, and the permanent change to the Saarlouis site is subsequently made. We rely on you: You are responsible for ensuring the cGMP-compliant and efficient implementation of microbiological and chemical analysis of finished medicinal products, semifinished products, media and microbiological monitoring You are responsible in your role as management of quality control for releasing or rejecting the analyses carried out You take over the role of professional and disciplinary leadership and lead, develop and motivate a team consisting of experts (m/w/d) and laboratory technicians (m/w/d) You feel responsible for compliance with statutory and operational obligations and ensure the up-to-date status of SOPs, validation status of analytical methods and equipment and laboratory regulations You are responsible for the laboratories at customer and authorities audits and, thanks to your expertise, have sound answers to the laboratory processes You define corrective measures or preventative measures when exceeding limit values and decide on working priorities in your area of responsibility You plan the capacities and the annual cost budget (personal/investment/cost costs) You bring your healthy pragmatism and willingness to perform and take responsibility for the design and establishment of laboratory processes in the cGMP environment

How to complete our team: With your completed studies in the field of biology, chemistry, pharmacy, biotechnology, biochemistry or comparable scientific studies With multi-year out-of-university professional and leadership experience in the relevant cGMP environment As a very responsible and exact team player with practical and independent work You are appreciated for your good understanding and resilience With your knowledge of English With your German language skills (at least C1) for optimal documentation and smooth communication in the team
