Complete technical training with further training to the state-tested technician or completed bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, communications technology, automation technology, energy technology or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in remote control, control or communication technology Good knowledge of remote control protocols and control systems, especially IEC 60870-5-101 / 104, ideally also IEC 61850 Experience with parameterization and automation systems e.g. CODESYS or SetIT Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profinet and TCP/IP Good understanding of IP-based network technology and communication systems, such as glass fiber, IP networks and mobile regulatory requirements such as BSI or ISO/IEC 27001 Basic knowledge of IT security and a view for critical infrastructure requirements
