We are looking on Minijob basis for our small internal sympathetic and family team support. We are all by you, except with the boss. A beautiful office in the best city centre location awaits you directly in Near the train station.

Working hours:

Monday and Thursday 15.00 to 18.00

Tuesday and Wednesday 15.00 to 17.00

You bring with me:

• Commercial training or multiannual experience in a Secretariat

• solid knowledge of English

• Very good German in word and writing

• Basic knowledge of MS Word

Your tasks:

• Telephone order acceptance

• Complaint management (email/telephone)

• Allg. telephone service

• Conducting interviews

• Telephone and written services

• Create candidate profiles in MS Word

• Leading staff panel

• Email correspondence with customers, interested parties, employees and Applicants.

Depending on the daily needs and topicality, the focus is on: differently distributed.

The staff service is an exciting and varied activity which requires both structure and flexible action.
