Your tasks include: Your mission: Explore the health of our future We are looking for a motivated doctoral student who is dedicated to the exciting and highly relevant task of scientifically exploring the complex influencing factors on the sick state in our company. The aim of your doctorate is to develop a profound understanding of the causes of absenteeism and to develop evidence-based strategies to promote employee health and to strengthen the resilience of our workforce.

Your research will focus on the following questions: What demographic, job-related and psychosocial factors affect the sick state in our group?

What influence do corporate culture, leadership and working conditions have on the shortages? How can preventive and accompanying measures be used in a targeted manner in order to reduce the level of health and improve the health of our employees? What role do social trends, inner attitudes and personality structures play in terms of sick status?

You will carry out a comprehensive scientific work independently, which can include both quantitative and qualitative research methods. Their research results will not only make an important contribution to scientific literature, but will also directly influence the design of our personal strategies and make a measurable contribution to the success of the company.

Adjustment requirement is the support of the doctoral project by a university lecturer. The selection of a corresponding person is the responsibility of the doctoral student. The activity can begin from March 2026.
