Discipline and professional leadership of the directly assigned employees Ensure compliance with work safety regulations and measures Operational control of assigned orders/construction sites, ensuring the proper and economic execution of large-scale construction sites and maintenance projects Identification of potentials for new orders and additional services for existing customers Defining the operational planning of columns for the day taking into account weekly planning Instruction and instruction of subcontractors and sampled quality control

Master (m/w/d), technician (m/w/d) or engineer (m/w/d) with the field of gardening and landscape construction Multiannual industry-specific professional and leadership experience desirable Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and action Embossed business understanding negotiating skills, enforcement strength and team spirit Very good communication skills driving licence class B
