As a project manager Digitization & Processes (w/m/d), the Technische Hochschule Augsburg offers you the opportunity to perform varied and exciting tasks independently. Due to your overarching role, you are located in the strategic projects office. Do you know how to cope with challenges in projects, make yourself structured and efficient and with enthusiasm for managing projects, create, together with the project participants, to successfully implement your projects on time and in budget, and have fun in documenting and developing processes? Control and implementation of strategic (digitalization) projects over the entire project life cycle, including active content cooperation Analysis, design and continuous optimization of business processes and their digitalization and automation Development and development of knowledge management, including the creation and maintenance of project, process and process documentation Stakeholder management and cross-departmental communication with the participating internal and external actors Monitoring of change processes (Change Management) Conception, moderation and implementation of workshops and information and training formats for employees on new and existing processes

Successfully completed study of a relevant subject (e.g. BWL) or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a comparable field of activity Detectional experience in project management; ideally relevant certifications High IT efficiency (including AI, Microsoft Office, project management software) Advantageous knowledge of student administration and/or human resources management Extensive consulting and moderation skills, clear and motivating communication and conflictability Positive adjustment with regard to changes and continuous optimization Willingness to work quickly into new topics Analytical, structured and independent mode of operation, rapid understanding, organizational skills and high target and solution orientation Teamability, high customer and service orientation, high willingness to deploy, self-initiative and responsibility
