THE WORK Total responsibility for project management, design/development and assembly Technical and disciplinary leadership of project managers, construction/development Responsibility for the technical and economic execution of our object projects Ensuring scheduled, quality and cost-oriented project execution Support of project leaders in technical and contractually demanding projects Examination and evaluation of technical contract documents and performance directories Responsibility for follow-up management, disability and technical documentation Contact person for technical escalation to architects, general contractors, contractors and internal specialist departments Development of new technical solutions and optimization of existing window systems and assembly concepts Development of technical standards and business processes Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, technical regulations and the VO Close cooperation with sales, production, assembly department and management

THE BRINGS Completed technical training, master / technician or studies, ideally in the field of window construction, wood engineering, metal construction, construction or comparable discipline Multiannual leadership experience in window, facade or component construction e.g. as a building manager (m/w/d) Very good technical understanding of window, door and facade systems Experience in technical project processing, construction site control and follow-up management Knowledge of current standards and guidelines (DIN, RAL assembly, building energy law etc.) Knowledge of the VOB (part B and C) and of the works contract law Impressed economic thinking and entrepreneurial action with a view to quality, dates and costs A keen decision, high problem-solving competence and a structured, process-oriented operation High sense of responsibility, leadership and communication skills in handling internal and external project participants
