The University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus Dresden combines 25 clinics and polyclinics, 7 institutes and 19 interdisciplinary centers, which work closely with the clinical and theoretical institutes of the Medical Faculty of the University of Dresden. The medical clinics have a total of 1400 beds and 200 day Clinical treatment sites at the highest level of care. The Dresdner University Medicine is a leader in the therapy of complex, particularly heavier or rare diseases. The university ambulance of the Clinic and Polyclinic for Neurosurgery is a central part of the patient care within the Dresden University Medicine. With around 6,000 patient contacts per year, it guarantees a specialized outpatient diagnosis, advice and therapy of neurosurgery diseases. A special focus is on the organisation and implementation of special telephone hours, in particular for: Spinal diseases Neurooncological questions Paediatric-neurosurgical diseases Pain spokesperson

The core tasks include the preparation, coordination and follow-up of the office hours, patient management and close interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external partners. You contribute to providing our patients ideally.
