Technical training, e.g. as a technical designer, electronic engineer or plant mechanic HLS, OR commercial training, e.g. as a specialist/bachelor facility management or industrial businessman Very good experience with MS Office (especially Excel), ideally also with CAFM systems Car driver license necessary Good technical understanding, willingness to learn and initiative Knowledge of technical building equipment (TGA) A basic understanding of implementation projects is advantageous
