Construction Manager Concrete Construction Inner Shell (m/f/d)

You want real tunnel construction – not a routine project? In Forbach there is a future-oriented pumped storage power plant with complex underground structures. As a construction manager*in with a focus on concrete construction of the inner shell, you control the smooth running of the tunnel construction project on site – technically, on time and in close cooperation with all project participants. Total responsibility for the technical and economic implementation of the building contract in the area of the inner shell Preliminary work preparation: Construction workflow, appointment and equipment deployment planning (View depth about 1 year) Creation and implementation of drive concepts, installation plans and material logistics Guidance and coordination of the construction site personnel – incl. Layer planning, personnel retrieval and releases Control and control of regenerative services, including correspondence and audit Participation in internal and external construction meetings (AG, authorities, SiGeKo, specialist building management) Organisation of building day reports, performance reports and documentation of all accounting bases Support in construction billing, post-calculation and construction success accounting compliance with legal regulations, technical standards and QM and safety requirements Close cooperation with project management, superstructure management and technical engineering

Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable technical training Found professional experience in tunnel or engineering Ideally practical experience in concrete construction; in addition to the explosive propulsion as a plus Safe in handling VOB, relevant standards and regulatory requirements Experience in the management of professional staff and in the handling of entrepreneurs Structured, independent working and organizational talent Strong communication, enforceable and team-oriented Used in dealing with office programs and building-specific software Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Ready for long-term construction site use in Forbach
