Production of high quality beers Operation, monitoring and maintenance of production facilities in the Sudhaus area, fermentation and storage cellar, filtration responsible for compliance with quality, hygiene and safety regulations Implementation of the quality and environmental management system

completed vocational training as brewer, specialist for food technology or a comparable degree several years of professional experience in the beverage industry good knowledge of modern process control systems clean and exact operation strong quality thinking and open to new structured, independent, analytical, solution-oriented thinking and working methods Willingness to shift work
