Technical advice and technical support of our specialist procedures in the field of health for commercial customers Analysis and solution of complex problems as part of the 2nd level support in consultation with manufacturers Planning, coordination and implementation of updates, release changes and testing of new software versions Establishment and maintenance of cutting points and role and rights concepts Programming of outputs and workflows (e.g. PowerShell) Organisation and implementation of training and initialling and adaptation of training documents Management and cooperation in projects as well as the monitoring of outrage

Successfully completed studies in (economic) computer science or comparable quality As an alternative: completed training, e.g. as a specialist Knowledge in script languages (e.g. PowerShell) and data banks (SQL) are desirable Basic know-how in handling servers is advantageous Experience in public service or healthcare is a plus Analytical thinking and problem-solving competence combined with communication strength Customer orientation, team skills and organization skills Comparable qualifications can also meet the requirements.
