With currently seven regularly appointed insolvency administrators and more than 70 employees, we are currently in charge of insolvency proceedings to a total of 15 courts in North Rhine-Westphalia and advise companies in the crisis. In addition to consumer insolvency proceedings, our activities cover the supervision of insolvency proceedings between medium-sized companies and listed companies. Organization of the Secretariat (Post, Email, Telephone) Manage appointments, deadlines and repositories Collection and submission of files to court Creating Letters after Template Support for specialist departments (e.g. in consumer insolvency proceedings)

ideally a good qualification in the commercial or legal field and a few years of professional experience (even newcomers) an independent structured operation pronounced organizational capacity and very good communication skills Reliability, flexibility and loadability safe handling of MS Office applications Mobility (Guideline Class 3)
