Production employees (m/f/d)

Our customer is a family-run, medium-sized company of metal processing in Hagen. To expand the team, our customer is looking for production staff (m/w/d).

Your tasks:

• Testing and, if necessary, reworking of hot-formed springs (piece weight: up to 120 kg)
• Set up and operate the wet painting system Rippert and carry out cleaning/maintenance work
• Monitoring and documentation of production processes according to production papers
• Continuous self-control

Your profile:

• Complete professional training required, ideally in a metal job or in a paint shop
• Multiannual experience in production
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Good technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Forklift and crane license required
• Basic IT skills
• Organisational capacity

• High operational readiness
• readiness for 3-shift operation and multi-working
