Your tasks

• Control and setup of SMD mounting machines (ASM) for PCB production in electronics production
• Operation of template printers, SPI, Reflowofen and AOI as part of the SMD production line
• Monitoring, control and optimization of SMD fitting and soldering processes to ensure highest quality standards
• Roughs and bristles of the complete SMD line, including preparation of components and materials
• Regular maintenance and maintenance of production machines in the field of SMD equipment
• Self-employed fault detection and troubleshooting of SMD systems and manufacturing equipment
• cooperation in quality assurance through visual inspections, AOI tests and process documentation
• Analysis and documentation of production disorders and implementation of corrective measures
• Participation in internal training and courses (e.g. AOI/SPI) for continuous further qualification
• Cooperation with technology and production team to optimise SMD equipping processes and reduce waste
