Project Manager (m/w/d)

Our business partner is an innovative technology company focused on measuring and analysis technology and firmly established in its industry. With a clear focus on quality, precision and sustainable solutions, the company has successfully accompanied the development of its markets for many years. For the Großraum Leipzig we are looking for you as a dedicated project manager (m/w/d) as part of an indefinite permanent appointment.

You define and plan projects in the context of customer requests, product changes and new developments in close cooperation with specialist areas such as product management, sales and R&E. Also create and monitor detailed project plans (time, capacity, budget), set milestones and document the results. You conduct project teams professionally, coordinate tasks and responsibilities and moderate workshops as well as meetings on problem solving. In addition, identify and evaluate project risks and develop risk mitigation measures. You regularly communicate with stakeholders, team members and customers, create status reports and presentations and coach the team according to the project management methods. In addition, you document the project progress and drive forward continuous improvements in project management.

You have a completed high-level or professional qualification as well as a technical or business studies (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification. In addition, you will bring at least three years of professional experience in the independent processing of product development projects. You have a well-founded knowledge of office applications and SAP as well as knowledge of German and English. In addition, you have project management expertise (agil such as Scrum/SAFe or classic PMP/PRINCE2), basics in systems engineering and lean methods (e.g. problem solutions, 5S). You bring a class B licence and a readiness to travel of about 10%.
