Head of Warranty - Light Rail Vehicles (m/f/d)

For our city railway project together with the Stadtwerken Bonn (SWB) we are looking for a leadership personality with a strategic view and a pronounced hands-on mentality.

As Head of (m/w/d) Warranty Take responsibility for a highly efficient warranty team that ensures the quality and operational capabilities of the new, state-of-the-art city rail fleet. You work closely on the product, control technical and organizational processes, coordinate cooperation with the Stadtwerken Bonn and other project partners - and actively contribute your experience to an international project environment with start-up-spirit.

Building, leadership and further development of a powerful and efficient warranty organization over the entire project duration Ensuring the implementation of all contractual warranty requirements Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in the field of warranty and organisation of training and training Monitoring and control of project development according to the contractual target variables Analysis, assessment and prioritization of warranty cases and derivation of appropriate measures in cooperation with engineering, production, suppliers and customers.
