You bring structure and fresh ideas into our kitchen. With your know-how and a look for the essentials, you will ensure a smooth running and a breakfast experience that convinces in quality and sustainability. The role includes: Breakfast management: From Mise-en-Place to degradation – you are responsible for the preparation, equipping and care of the breakfast buffet. With your trained eye, you keep our quality standard high. Creative and sustainable development: Let your creativity run free and introduce your ideas into the realignment of our breakfast concept. With a sense of conscious use of food and thoughtful calculations, you avoid overproductions and work low in waste. Team player: You motivate and challenge your colleagues with their individual strengths. In addition, you take over the onboarding of new employees and make it simple and practical. Storage: You ensure professionally correct and hygienic storage of goods, keep an overview of stocks and ensure that the correct quantity is available at the right time. The order flow runs smoothly thanks to your systematic organization. Working at noon: You'll also get involved in the meeting business. In cooperation with the middle-class team, you can help prepare and arrange buffets, menus and coffee breaks. HACCP and basic cleaning: You coordinate the daily and weekly cleaning list and pack yourself if necessary. With your view on the whole, you make sure that all cleaning tasks are completely done and the hygiene and safety regulations are complied with.
