• Graduated vocational training in the field of utilities, as a mechatronic (m/w/d) or adequate vocational training or training for the home technician (m/w/d)
• Adequate expertise in electrical, heating, sanitary and MSR technology
• Professional experience and practical knowledge of building management
• Basic expertise in the entire field of building technology, especially in the prevention of fire protection, is desirable

Your responsibility

• operation of industrial plants (mainly, heating and sanitation technology, indoor air and refrigeration technology, as well as technical facilities in the field of roof and compartment)
• Operation and support of the MSR - Technik
• Implementation and control of the work according to DIN 31051, here in particular operating, handling, positions, maintenance, inspection
• Support in the guidance, instruction, monitoring and coordination of foreign companies in maintenance and repair work
• Support of the object manager in the organization of the operation of the technical installations
• performing fault diagnosis and troubleshooting

• Full time, 40 hours/week
• Monday to Saturday, 5 days/week
• 2-layer system
