Process optimization & project management: You are responsible for managing projects for process optimization and quality improvement in the active business using Six-Sigma and Lean methods. Customer-oriented process design: You lead forward-looking, digital and efficient processes with a focus on our corporate customer credit business and ensure their sustainable implementation by means of a differentiated process control. Coaching & Competence: You coach process and specialist managers in the implementation of process optimizations and carry out process workshops for continuous improvement. You represent the team and department management in department heads meetings, in program or board meetings and working groups of Atruvia. Regulatory requirements: You evaluate new legal requirements and ensure their implementation in accordance with the Bank's management competence system.

Agree21 expertise: You have well-founded experiences with Agree21 in the credit sector, as well as strong competences in the administration of Agree21 templates. Consulting & Process Optimization: You bring several years of experience in (in-house) consulting with a focus on process optimisation and organisational development and have knowledge in lean management as well as in Six Sigma (at least Green Belt). Bank expertise: You have very good knowledge of banking processes, active business with corporate customers and institutional customers. Qualification: You have successfully completed economic studies or comparable training. Personal competencies: You are characterized by a strong will for design, high consulting and implementation skills and by results-oriented and entrepreneurial action. Working methods and cooperation: You have very good MS Office skills, strong presentation skills and convince with your team skills.
