Production Employee Plastic / Laminator (m/f/d)

Do you not only want to glue or varnish parts, but to produce real high-performance fiber composite components for flying gyrocopters?

With us you don't work in classic series production, but in a small factory. You're laminating hulls, cells and propeller blades made of carbon fiber and glass fiber - components that later create real aircraft flying around the world.

Here you can see the result of your work from the first gel coat to the finished component. Varied manual work instead of monotonous conveyor belt. No shiftwork. 40 hours a week with sliding time. Work in small teams at eye level.

Tasks

• You're laminating components, hulls, cells and propeller blades in the hand laminate and vacuum process.
• You process high-quality carbon and fiber fabrics to light and stable aircraft components.
• You prepare moulds and apply professional gel coat with the cup spray system.
• You deform, care and clean the shapes for highest surface quality.
• You assemble components to complete assemblies and build the interior.
• You perform trimming, grinding and high-quality finishing (finish).
• You complete whole propeller blades if necessary.
• You commission materials and support the entire production process.

= qualification

• Completed professional or technical training (ideally as a carpenter (m/w/d), painter (m/w/d), locksmith (m/w/d), plastic processor (m/w/d) or comparable).
• Handicraft skill and pleasure in precise manual work.
• Experience in handling plastics, laminates or fiber composites of advantage - we are open to motivated cross-releasers (m/w/d).
• Very good German knowledge (min. C1).
• Readiness to learn, reliability and careful, conscientious working.
• Team skills, initiative and flexibility.
