In your role, you are impulse and tactors for our demand planning: Together with your team, you are responsible for forecasts from the first number to the resilient basis of decision and keep their quality and achievement in mind. With an analytical sense of shame, you feel market changes, trends and forecast deviations, interpret their meaning and translate them into concrete, effective action recommendations for optimising our planning. Teamwork is not a buzzword for you, but a living everyday life: you work closely with sales, product management and strategic purchasing and integrate their perspectives into the demand planning process. As a central interface, you run the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP/S&OE), coordinate demand planning across areas and create sound analyses for forecasts and annual planning – especially in the context of demand review. You ensure a smooth running of demand-planning processes, question existing structures and advance their continuous development. Numbers, analyses and documentation are in your best hands: With your structured work, you create transparency and make a decisive contribution to a precise, future-oriented planning.

Complete economic studies or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in the B2B sector with focus demand planning / material disposition Possible knowledge of Supply Planning with SAP German and good knowledge of English Very good communication skills for interdisciplinary cooperation A socially-competent, solution-oriented team player with a pronounced analytical and conceptual way of thinking that works very closely And personally?
