Implementation of business assessments, purchase price allocations and impairment tests Analysis of business plans and preparation of sound financial models as a basis for decision Accompanying business transactions across all phases, in particular in the context of financial-due diligence checks Development of refurbishment concepts (according to IDW S 6) – together in the team and with a view to sustainable solutions Business advice and long-term care of our client: women in complex issues Takeover of project responsibility, with space, strengths, ideas and ways of working Cooperation in interdisciplinary teams
