As Group Manager Sensors (m/w/d), you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of your area. In this case, you take responsibility for ensuring a demand-based execution and construction organisation. Your further tasks: Disciplinary and professional leadership and organisation of the team of currently 6 colleagues (m/w/d) Implementation of active competence management (including qualification retention, adaptation and development qualification) and organisation of knowledge management to promote know-how transfer Establishing a strategic personnel planning and expanding the team taking into account an increased project volume Optimization and redesign of process interfaces to other departments within the area Development, revision and negotiation of framework contracts for services, spare parts and repairs Optimization and redesign of systems, tools and applications of commercial processing (from paper to SAP) Introduction and implementation of a CVP and other standards for process optimization (e.g. SQCDP, 6S etc.) Central contact within the area and the team for all commercial matters Operational cooperation for phase-wise relief of the team at times of high utilisation (e.g. annual completion) Preparation of evaluation and development of special requests for department/area or management

Complete studies in computer science, electrical engineering, communications technology or Other Including professional experience in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises Development projects Practical experience in using modern development processes (scrum / agile / etc.) Management experience Long-standing experience in FPGA and/or embedded SW development Knowledge of digital signal processing Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and the Atlassian Toolchain English knowledge in word and writing Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as targeted and independent working and enforcement
