Our client: Our client is a traditional, family-run construction company with around 150 employees and many years of market presence in southern Germany. The focus is on deep, road and pipeline construction (water, gas, district heating). The company stands for reliability, technical know-how and partnership. Your chance to take responsibility: As part of an age-related succession as well as the expansion of the team, several construction managers/project managers (m/w/d) are currently being sought – two in civil engineering, one in pipeline construction. You take over the technical and organizational management of several regional construction sites. Experienced polishers with management experience are also welcome. Your closeness to the practice and your understanding of building processes are more than academic titles.

Training or studies in civil engineering (e.g. technician, master, civil engineer) Multiannual professional experience in deep, piping or building Knowledge of construction processes & construction site organization Close to practice, solution-oriented & decision-making Very good German knowledge (C2) Readiness to travel in the south German area (max. 150 km, no overnight stay)
