Referent (d/w/m) for process optimization Individual customers GPR Munich, Bavaria, Germany

Together with the departments, You analyze the status quo and identify process, automation and AI potentials. You define customer-oriented RPA, automation and AI solutions to sustainably improve our processes and automate the processing of customer concerns. You systematically develop suitable solutions (Tosca features, UiPath, Blue Prism, AI process automation, etc.) and perform these themselves after successful tests. You provide employees with the necessary know-how for the operational support of the robotics and automation projects. You are responsible for the ongoing operation with the specialist departments, ensure continuous testing and continue to develop according to requirements. You are the central contact person and expert for our specialist areas on questions and problems related to automation and the use of AI. You connect with other group employees and use synergies with other business sectors.

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree course – or a completed IT training. Experiences in programming and dealing with RPA solutions, Tosca, UiPath, Blue Prism, etc. Knowledge of software development (SQL, JavaScript, C#, VB.NET, VBA, etc.) of advantage. Ready to understand complex system worlds and customer concerns deeper in order to develop structured solutions. Embossed analytical and conceptual skills. Proactivity, initiative and independent incorporation into new topics. Communication and coordination strength.
