As a real estate manager (w/m/d), you are responsible for our residential and commercial properties – with a view for the essential, a sense for people and a strong organizational institution.

Communication with tenants – friendly, solution-oriented and binding settlement of leases Processing of deficiencies and settlement of insurance damage Debt management Cancellation and execution of acceptances and handovers Planning, control and monitoring Auditing and clearance of invoices Monitoring the structural condition Planning, control and control of maintenance measures Conducting regular object visits

You have a completed training in the real estate industry or a comparable qualification You bring multiannual professional experience into independent A – Z administration with Tools like RELion or other real estate software as well as MS Office are familiar to you You work independently, structured and solution-oriented – and stay calm even when it gets stressful You are a team-oriented, strong communication and performs service-oriented – no matter whether tenants or clients
