Your duties

• organisation and implementation of the agreed technical service hours for the residents of the medical education group
• documentation of the measures carried out
• Support and advice of the housing teams and residents
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with school, training, boarding school and other disciplines
• Reporting in cooperation with the employees of the housing groups
• Cooperation with parents, relatives and legal representatives
• Participation in cross-group projects
• Cooperation in crisis intervention

Your conditions

• Completed training as a curative pedagogue
• Professional experience of advantage
• Willingness to cooperate in a team
• Knowledge of leadership of groups by method PPC
• Verbal skill, applied and precise in writing
• Sensitivity in dealing with residents and their relatives
• Detection of personal suitability for the care and supervision of minors (proposal of an extended management certificate according to § 30a para. 2 BZRG)
• Loyality towards church and deacons
