Innovation & trend observation: You’re testing current developments in CRM, CDP and marketing automation and bringing new impulses for data-based customer approach and process optimization
Multiannual professional experience in e-commerce focusing on CRM, CDP strategy or customer engagement / marketing automation
Experience in handling CRM/CDP platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, Emarsys or comparable tools)
Safe in the design, implementation and automation of customer journeys via various channels (e-mail, push, SMS, onsite)
Embossed analytical skills and a good sense of data-based personalization
Strong project management and communication skills
Very good English skills in word and writing
