Project Manager TGA - Foreman SHK / Construction Management (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the planning and design of demanding TGA projects, preliminary calculations and designs in CAD software such as Trimble PlaCal Nova. You develop performance directories (including STLB-Bau) and set the foundation for successful and economic project realization. As a construction line, you take the object monitoring directly on site, coordinate the various structures and ensure the quality until the final acceptance. You act as a central technical contact for our clients, advise them proactively to optimize their plants and engage the projects beyond the warranty.

You have successfully completed your training as a master (m/w/d) in the field of HLK, sanitary or refrigeration technology. You preferably bring professional experience in the TGA planning and ideally know you with the performance phases of the HOAI. You are safe to use CAD software – preferably Trimble PlanCal Nova – and other common calculation tools. As an organizational designer with technical vision and sovereign appearance, you can communicate safely with customers and partners. A class B driver's license as well as a reliable knowledge of German will complete your profile.
