For our location in Wustermark, we are looking for a full-time team leader in local transport (m/w/d) What tasks do you take You take over the team management! You actively organise/direct the local transport team and are responsible for personnel deployment planning. In addition, the qualification, development and control of the employees are your tasks. You make strategic decisions! You make the choice and carry out the contractual relationship with subcontractors and take over the control of local transport. You support management in planning and implementation and are contact persons for all issues of local transport. You see opportunities in changes! You anticipate adjustments to the local transport fleet and the tours and implement (de-)central projects. You contribute to the constant improvements in the quality of pick-up and delivery and take over the holiday representation of the board member. How to convince us Practical experience: You have completed vocational training as a merchant/buyer for forwarding and logistics and ideally have already gained professional experience. Alternatively, you have an equivalent completed training with several years of professional experience in the transport disposition. Knowledge: You know the logistics industry with the associated processes and processes and can operate the current MS Office applications. Personality: You like to organize and coordinate and always keep the view, even in changing and difficult situations. For you, the customer is in focus and you place great value on quality. You can work both independently and well in the team and have fun with new challenges to which you can adapt flexibly.
