In cooperation with all relevant specialist departments, you will create offers for our national and international customers and ensure consistent tracking Existing offers, sales opportunities and leads are structured and actively approaching our customers You accompany the entire sales process in the sales service – from the request to the conclusion of the contract Your tasks include order check and order processing approval Your communication strength sets you profitable in customer building You take complaints and coordinate their forwarding Last but not least you support our transition to a new ERP system incl. Data processing

After your commercial training, you have gained several years of experience in sales support, ideally a manufacturing company You have the pleasure of actively approaching customers and gain through your service orientation, communication strength and your enthusiasm Experience in dealing with an ERP and CRM system is the same as your hands-on mentality, a precise working style and good organizational skills Your profile is rounded off by good / flowing English knowledge in word and writing
