You are responsible for the independent control of the construction projects – from planning to processing to completion and acceptance This includes taking over personnel management and deployment planning You take care of the cost and timing of the measures and billing of the projects You take over the after-contractor/supplier management You oversee the construction sites and carry out the decrease and deficiencies in post-contracting plants In addition, you ensure compliance with work safety and environmental regulations

You have completed technical training You already have professional experience as a construction master / construction manager In addition to a valid class B driving license, you also have travel readiness You convince yourself by your independent way of working You are curious and work quickly into new topics You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing
