Leadership & Responsibility of the entire Event / Banquet Division Briefing and control of the operating event / banquet team On site care and security of service and communication among departments Organisation of conferences, congresses and private events of up to 2,500 people Preparation of events Trade, storage, inventory Compliance with the banquet area’s commodity and personnel costs budget Schedule and Holiday Plans Personnel Billing General Administrative Tasks in the Event Department

at least 3 years as banquet or Event manager in a comparable position in the upscale gastronomy Reliability, decision-making, flexibility and high load capacity are your strengths excellent communication skills and organizational skills Outstanding commitment, economic thinking, willingness to service and great interest in a team-oriented manner Friendly, representative and warm appearance with a well-kept exterior Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Very good MS Office knowledge have your profession with passion, you are our perfect candidate / our perfect candidate.
