For our CinemaxX cinema in Munich we are looking for one or more

Your task:

As the theater director of CinemaxX Munich, you are with a team of several theatre assistants or Junior directors and about 20 service personnel responsible for the entire operating cinema operation. The cinema was renovated in 2025 and has about 584 seats and 7 rooms. You belong to the Management Team of the CinemaxX Group and are in direct contact with your Area Manager. Your main tasks in detail:

You are responsible for the management and organization of cinema You increase the customer satisfaction through a high service orientation of the entire team Personal responsibility for about 20 employees, you create the personnel deployment planning for your cinema and motivate, inspire and inspire the team With your local sales and marketing activities, you are setting new impulses You take operational services (spring/sales service, also on weekends) and perform comprehensive daily routines Definition and optimization of internal processes and processes Monitoring and control of cinema-specific key figures

Your profile:
