In your new task, you will be responsible, among other things, for the planning, tendering and implementation of maintenance and modernization measures with a focus on technical building equipment, in compliance with the legal guidelines. You take over the project management of maintenance and reconstruction projects and coordinate external partners and service providers as well as experts. You are also responsible for the preparation and presentation of relevant information for internal stakeholders (e.g. user groups, steering committees, co-determination bodies, etc.). You have a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency, with your know-how, you opt for the operation of supply technology plants under sustainability points and also secure the legally compliant operating documentation. Last but not least, you are responsible for action-based budget planning and budget monitoring for maintenance and rebuilding measures and management services taking into account the maintenance strategy.

You work analytical and structured, your strengths are in communication, so you can react appropriately and quickly to different situations. You have a pronounced hands-on mentality and you use your strengths as an organizational talent. You also like to work independently and team-oriented in an agile environment, such as for development of needs. You have a successfully completed training in the field of electrical engineering and ideally a further training for the electric technician masterin/-technikerin or a comparable qualification. In addition, you have already gained practical experience in facility management and have a switching authorization for medium-voltage systems. You have a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency and ideally experience in implementing ISO certifications. Your enthusiasm for the structuring of new tasks as well as your joy and creativity in the development and evaluation of innovative technical building equipment and energy concepts complete your profile.
